Below you will find information about things that may be good to know and help you to be safe in your purchases with us, such as our terms of purchase, delivery methods, withdrawal rights, warranties and service.

Prices
Our quoted prices can only be changed by circumstances not available to Wasa Yachts, such as materially changed commodity prices, currency fluctuations or changed VAT.
All prices include VAT by 25%. If VAT is to be changed, we reserve the right to adjust our prices with the corresponding amount.
We reserve ourselves for any printing and writing errors.
Payment
Advance Purchase, Swish All Card Payment
Minimum order limit
The lowest order limit expended is 100Kr.
Deliveries outside Sweden
Finland, Denmark and Norway in some cases
Packages not retrieved
For all unpatched packages, Wasa Yachts customer charges a fee. The fee corresponds to the actual cost of return, handling fee and handling.
Do not submit an advance
We do not accept responsibility for, for example, money, checks and stamps sent by letter.
Minors
Minors (under 18 years old) must have the goalkeeper’s approval to order from us.
Personal Data
Wasa Yachts is responsible for processing the personal data that you provide as a customer. Your personal data is processed by Wasa Yachts to manage your purchases and for marketing purposes. Your personal information may also be submitted to and processed by Wasa Yachts and our partners for marketing purposes.

Force majeure
Wasa Yachts are exempt from sanctions for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement if the failure is due in liberating circumstances as described below and the circumstance prevents, obstructs or delays completion.
Relieving circumstances include measures or omissions from government, new or amended legislation, labor market conflict, blockade, fire, flood, tampering or accident event. Force majeure includes government decisions that affect market and products negatively, such as decisions on warnings, sales bans and more or an abnormal drop in the market.

Return Policy
No business is completed until you have received, tested and approved your goods. Therefore, you have 14 days’ withdrawal period for all goods ordered at a distance.
As a customer, you are entitled to cancel the purchase at no cost if you do not accept a new suggested delivery time in case of delay.
14 day reimbursement period
If you are not satisfied with anything you ordered, you as a customer are entitled to 14 days notice of withdrawal after receipt of the item. You are entitled as a customer to open the packaging free of charge to check that the product is working. You are always entitled to cancel your purchase if the product is no in stock. However, the cancellation deadline does not apply to sealed computer programs or software if the seal has been broken. The product must be returned in substantially unchanged condition. If you wish to use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned in the original packaging. You will pay your return freight if you regret your purchase.
Exchanges / complaints / return
If a product is faulty or felexed, you should contact Wasa Yachts for instructions as soon as you discover.
If there is a used item that has broken, first contact Wasa Yachts. Once we have returned the goods and found that it is not damaged due to improper use or the like, it will be remedied in accordance with the Consumer Buying Act. Should it be found that the product is incorrect or is felexed, the Wasa Yachts shipping cost will be refunded and will be returned for return. All packages are sent “Free of Our Warehouse” If the package and / or contents are damaged, you must notify it to the person who supplies the item immediately. In case of change or return you are responsible for the transport risk. Always save the delivery slip until the return is completed, with your return check number. This number is always used for any complaints on the item.
The Consumer Buyer gives you the right to reclaim a product within 3 years, provided the product was incorrect at the time of delivery. Point out any defects within a reasonable time. In case of disputes that we fail to resolve together, we recommend that you turn to the General Complaints Board. We as a member company in Sweboat follow there ruling.
For used goods, we provide two months open purchase instead of warranty.
Return of major goods.
When it comes to bigger goods, you may need a return ticket. If so, contact Wasa Yachts. When replacing or returning large goods you are responsible for the transport risk. Always save the delivery slip until the return is completed. There is your Return Policy Number, which is always used for any complaints of the freight.
Refund when you want to use your right of withdrawal.
Once we have returned the goods and found that it is not damaged, we will refund the amount you paid. Refunds will be made within 30 days.
Damaged packages
All packages that leave Wasa Yachts take place as “free from our warehouse”. If the package and / or content are damaged when you receive it, you must notify it immediately to the person who supplies the item.

Warranties, Advertising Law and Service
Goods covered by warranty are accompanied by warranty. This applies to warranty along with payment confirmation. In order for you to get the right help if the product has broken, you must follow the instructions in the warranty.
